Recently, the company's first fully automated packaging test line successfully completed its commissioning and was officially put into trial operation. After multiple rounds of stress tests, the equipment's operating status was stable, and key indicators such as packaging cycle, box sealing accuracy, and appearance consistency all met the expected standards, marking a substantive breakthrough in the company's automation upgrade of the packaging process.

Recently, with the final isolation barrier delineation completed, the project for optimizing the production workshop environment and upgrading and renovating the automation system has officially been declared fully finished. After months of intense construction and testing, the newly renovated production workshop has been fully put into use, marking a milestone and crucial step for the company in its efforts to promote lean production and build a fundamentally safe factory.

To cope with the high-temperature weather in summer, protect the rights and interests of frontline workers, and improve the production environment, the company has specially invested 2 million yuan to complete a comprehensive upgrade of the energy-saving and cooling system for the entire workshop, covering an area of 16,000 square meters. This upgrade has fully adopted energy-saving and low-carbon equipment, taking into account both the cooling effect and green production. It effectively alleviates the fatigue of employees during hot operations, enhances team cohesion, stabilizes production order, and improves production capacity and product quality.
