Logistics Upgrade: Fully Automated Intelligent Warehouse Launched, Capable of Fully Automatic Storage And Handling Operations

Following the renovation and upgrade of the production workshop and the commissioning of the first fully automated packaging test line, the company has made another significant move in its intelligent manufacturing strategy: The debugging of the intelligent warehouse system has been successfully completed and it has officially entered the operational stage.

After multiple rounds of joint debugging tests, the system has been stably equipped with the ability to automatically stack and transport raw materials and finished products, marking that the company's logistics and warehousing process has completely bid farewell to traditional reliance on manual labor and has seamlessly transitioned from the "manual era" to the "intelligent scheduling era".

1. Fully automated flow, invisible hands are more precise

In the past, the entry and exit of materials relied on manual forklifts for transportation and paper records. Not only was the intensity high, but it was also prone to be affected by fluctuations in personnel status.

Now, relying on the "central dispatching system" of the intelligent warehouse, goods are stacked, moved, picked, and dispatched all driven by system instructions to be executed by automated equipment:

Stacking machines automatically locate and precisely position, significantly improving the neatness of stacking and space utilization;

AGV/RGV automatically transport, 24 hours on standby, not subject to fatigue or shift restrictions;

Inventory data is synchronized in real time, and the "second-level consistency" of accounts, goods, and positions is achieved in seconds.

The warehouse is no longer just a place for "delivering goods", but a production node that can think and schedule.

2. From "manual experience" to "system algorithms"

The implementation of the intelligent warehouse is not just about replacing equipment, but also about reconfiguring the management logic:

Inventory is more transparent: when customers inquire about goods and our in-stock data are clearly visible, "searching through ledgers to find goods" is no longer necessary;

Shipping is more reassuring: the system's anti-fault mechanism prevents incorrect specifications and batches from being shipped, significantly improving the accuracy of outbound shipments;

Traceability is more complete: the entire movement trajectory of each pallet and each box is recorded, adding another lock to the traceability of product quality throughout the entire life cycle.

3. Intelligent manufacturing loop is forming

Packaging automation solves the "last facade", and the intelligent warehouse connects the "front and back blood vessels".

With the intelligent warehouse put into practical use, the company has initially formed a "smart raw material entry → automatic connection of production lines → automatic packaging of finished products → intelligent storage and delivery" lean loop. Next, we will continue to accumulate system operation data, optimize scheduling strategies, and make the warehouse not only "able to operate", but also "able to operate intelligently".

Manufacturing upgrade has no end.

The next time you receive our products, the place where they set off is already a warehouse that can "think its route".
