Delivery Efficiency Advances Further: The Company's First Fully Automated Packaging Test Line Has Been Successfully Debugged, And Standardized Packaging Has Been Significantly Accelerated.

Recently, the company's first fully automated packaging test line successfully completed its commissioning and was officially put into trial operation. After multiple rounds of stress tests, the equipment's operating status was stable, and key indicators such as packaging cycle, box sealing accuracy, and appearance consistency all met the expected standards, marking a substantive breakthrough in the company's automation upgrade of the packaging process.

1. Efficiency and appearance level "dual online"

Compared with traditional manual packaging, the new test line has achieved integrated operations of automatic weighing, shaping, box sealing, and label application. On-site data shows that the efficiency of single-line packaging has significantly improved, and at the same time, it completely solves the problems that may occur in manual packaging, such as uneven box sealing, tilted labels, and inconsistent specifications. The "first impression" of the product at the factory gate has become more unified and professional, and the standardization level has reached a new height.

2. From "model room" to "full house decoration"

The successful implementation of the test line is just the beginning. The company has clearly stated that it will use this fully automated packaging line as a standard template and gradually complete the packaging automation upgrade of all production lines. This means that in the coming period, our packaging process will completely bid farewell to the traditional mode of relying on manual work, forming unified technical standards, unified operation procedures, and stable output quality.

3. Give customers a "peace of mind"

Packaging is the "last process" of product delivery and the closest door to customers. This upgrade is essentially fulfilling three promises for customers:

More stable delivery time: Automation reduces packaging bottlenecks and responds faster to batch orders;

More accurate quality: Standardized operations ensure that the packaging specifications of each box of products are highly consistent;

More reliable traceability: Equipment-level data connection lays a solid foundation for subsequent batch management and quality traceability.

In the next stage, we will continuously optimize parameters based on the operation data of the test line and simultaneously launch the automation transformation plan for the remaining production lines. With more stable equipment and stricter standards, we will deliver "reliable" products box by box to customers.
